Jim Donovan and Tracy Orillo-Donovan

In 1985, as new staff members, Jim, Tracy, and other new staff members were introduced to the Athletic Department community at the beginning of term by then Athletic Director Stan Sheriff. Over the next three years, they talked to one another as colleagues. In 1988, Jim was giving a tour of the facilities to potential sponsors from Kodak when Tracy came by to deliver something. Jim told the Kodak executives, "I'm going to marry that girl one day." Up to that point Jim and Tracy had not even dated. Less than one year later they were married with all the Kodak executives in attendance.
